Beef & Black Bean Burger
This delicious and nutritious beef and black bean burger is sure to be on weekly rotation.
INGREDIENTS
1kg lean beef mince
1 can black beans, drained
2 heaped tsp dried cumin
2 heaped tsp dried coriander
1 heaped tablespoon American Mustard
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands.
Squash into patties (aim for about 150g raw mince for a portion)
Heat pan with butter, fry each side for about 3 minutes until golden.
Store in fridge for easy to grab meals eg) breakfast, lunch with salads, bun-less burger for dinner.
SERVE
For less carbs, enjoy without the bun with all your favourite burger condiments and some homemade chips on the side.
Use as protein portion at any meal. Packed with protein and fibre you’ll be satisfied for hours.
