Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowls

Unsweetened greek yogurt is such a wonderful source of nutrients, protein and low in calories. One cup of greek yogurt provides about 15 grams protein, toss a handful seeds on top and you have yourself a satisfying snack or a little extra to finish off a meal. Adding the extra fibre and crunch from fresh fruit and nuts helps you to feel full for longer too.

 

One serve

  • 1 cup greek yogurt, unsweetened

  • 1/4 cup low sugar granola eg) Keto Ginger Nut Crunch

  • 1 fruit eg) diced pear, apple, blueberries.
